Blue Pants

You know it's a productive day when you get up at 6:00 in the morning, get ready, go to school, come home and lay down, go workout, eat lunch, take a shower, and get ready all over again just to find out that it's only 1:30.

Since I had a 7:30 college class this morning, I ended up resorting to leggings, riding boots, a thermal with a button up over it. You know, the basic lazy day outfit. When I got ready the second time, I stil wanted to be casual but look chic. I have a whole collection of t-shirts in my wardrobe but I am not a t-shirt girl. However, I wanted to wear my statement blue pants therefore a t-shirt would make the perfect outfit.

Disclaimer: I''m sorry for the lack of quality in these pictures. I wasn't planning on doing a blog post and I took the pictures on my iPhone.

I layered a blazer over my t-shirt to give it a more work appropriate look since I was spending the rest of the afternoon in the studio.

Then to accessorize, I wore a black and gold statement necklace to tie the t-shirt and blazer together. Of course, I went with my usual arm candy of my Fossil watch and gold bracelets.

I bought these pants thinking I would only wear it once or twice, but I have been trying to get out of my comfort zone. I love this outfit because although I'm wearing a t-shirt, there is a balance in the outfit making it still chic.

Here is a list of where everything is from:
Shirt: Parachute concert
Blazer: Goodwill $2.00
Pants: Old Navy Outlet $2.88
Shoes: Charlotte Russe $9.99
Necklace: eBay $1.59
Cross Bracelet: Jewelry Show $5.00
Gold Bangle: Goodwill $1.99
